Mine does the same thing. First gear is super short. But meh it's all good. Getting around 2.5k rpms crusin at 70mph in 5th.

Haha...he has to tuck his plastic bumpers. May I recommend NOT running into a wall to tuck them.

I finally got my car back from the shop and got my 5 speed in it finally and I have to say it is a lot more peppy. The only thing I noticed is that I go through the gears quickly. But I like it a lot over it being auto. It has a lightened flywheel, and a zhp short shifter anyways enough of the talk here is a couple pics I took after a wash.
