    Not too difficult, but I believe mine was modified by the PO. When I got the valance, the sides looked to be(very well) modified to be shorter. Still do-able, just have to to trim it up to fit once mounted. I simply lined up, drilled holes and used a mixture of zipties and screws. It's held pretty darn well, as long as you uses a good amount of screws and locking nuts. Took me 1hr max.
