That is very bad luck. Are you going to fix, or to take out unbroken parts, move them to another body

Not sure I care about your speculation. Buy a rare car, drive it in the winter, hit black ice, that sucks. Had this been a 500 beater, it wouldn't even be a discussion. If you buy a rare car, you need to prepare for things like this IE proper tires, winter beater, staying in, taking a cab, snow mobile, hot air balloon, dogsled team, luge sled, you dad's car, catch a ride.
I personally would never let my son drive a car that rare at 16. I get it, there are responsible 16 year olds, and irresponsible 38 year olds. Regardless, I would say the same thing. Too bad there wasn't a winter beater.
Sorry for your loss buddy.

Not sure many 16 y/o who buy there own car can afford another car as a beater.

Great thread, would re-read, except the part where an mtech is totaled that is. If I had a rare car like that, I would have a winter beater.... Just saying.

LOL wtf is going on here.
@ cutsham, everyone's gotta have those first accident(s) to knock some sense and maturity into them.
There's a hell of a lot of salvageable parts in this car, so once the snow melts, it's time to buy a new shell and get crackin ;)
