I spent a couple hours prepping and welding some seams in the bay yesterday.

Thanks^ Got the rest of the seam sealer out of the areas I'm welding. I also practiced welding for a while since it was my first time. Almost ready to start.

If you are going to smoothing over any seams, I recommend welding them before applying any filler. Without that step, the seems will likely crack over time. It is made esepecially worse with the force the strut towers will see with the new motor.

Did some more "cleaning". Removed headlight harness, random clips, nest of brake lines, etc:
