Haha ok guys if you look in the initial picks the PO messed the hood up royally. I traded a $600 mk2 for the car. It's just a cheap fun RWD car. The rust isn't permanent it was just a temporary fun thing.

The Broadway Static coils are Fortune Autos with Swift springs with custom spring rates and well get your car stupid low. I have them only spun half way down in the pics. I could legit put the pan on the ground if I so desired. They are amazing coils though and the ride is incredible. My pan hangs maybe an inch off the ground and I have yet to even scrape it and that includes driving on highways and through construction zones. My only issue is that I wish I ordered 5" rear springs instead of 6".

Eventually E30 hoods will be worth $500 because the rest of them have rusted into oblivion.

    otherwise, nice.
I always feel that anytime someone does something "trendy" this is the generic excuse.

Op your car looks way too clean to be a "hood rat". I would love to see a nice painted hood on there. Schwarz is one of the most common colors aside from Bronzit.

Tell us more about the coilovers. I've been looking into fortune auto and broadway coilovers and would be interested in hearing how you like them

I see rusty hood's all the time! And its cause the person is too cheap or don't have the funds to paint the hood. Now when this became a "cool" trend.... I don't know, cause its not cool looking at all.

this. if anything the rusted hood would be considered as a way of conforming, in my book.

we just think its a shame that such a clean car has a messy hood.

This is why I don't come here often. R3v is the new Vortex.
