Looks nice as is but once it is dialed in it will be insane. Love the black bumpers. And you should be able to go lower out back. I had the same suspension and tire sizes. Maybe your spring is bigger?

What height are your front/rear springs? Shortened housings?
to be honest im not too sure, i told them i want my car to be as low as possible. They did all the welding and assembling etc for me as i want the kit to arrive ready to bolt on. Probably about 1/2" lower all around and imo it would be perfect

yeap i agree, i would put more tire but wouldnt clear the fenders for sure. all four fenders are rolled just enough, anymore would flare the fenders and i really dont want that. I really need less aggressive wheels lol

started a topic Alpine white E30 from the land down under

Alpine white E30 from the land down under

hey guys, I purchased my E30 back in march 2012 last year and ever since then i always come and visit r3v every single day to find some inspirations. I kept it pretty much stock while slowly buying parts for it. The car itself is a 318i M40 auto. Yes, I know! its basically the worst E30 anyone could ever buy! but the car is very clean and only 130,000 km (80,000 miles) when i first bought it.

when i first got the car

Did some basic maintenance to the car and finally placed my order for a complete ground control coilover kit a couple of months back. After that i thought i might as well order some parts to freshen up the suspension parts. So i purchased some stuff from pelican parts, front control arms, tierod assemblies, sway bar end links, trailing arm bushings, front wheel bearings, sway bar mounts, and treehouse racing fcabs.

    Lemforder goodness

Treehouse racing fcabs, not sure why i bought these, shoudlve just gone lemforder as well

The quality of GC coilovers is just amazing!

Bought these 3pc Hartges from a good friend of mine, 16x9 16x10 +11 all around

I plastidipped 1 wheel red to see if i like it, i hated it a lot LOL

Installed all the suspension parts last week and had some free time today to mount the wheels.

Quite disappointed that the GC cant go any lower than this. might remove the adjusters at the rear but not to sure what im gonna do with the front to lower it more. Next im just gonna paint my iS sideskirts, install the foggies and paint the lower and upper part of the bumpers. Also saving up for a manual conversion since im super sick of the auto. comments both positive and negative are welcomed
