  • LA CarBQ: I get by with a little help from my friends E24/E28/E30

After Socal Vintage BMW back in Nov - we left early to attend a small bbq in Thousand Oaks with some of my fav car people. Was very special to have my three favorite E24's parked next to each other - along with several other great Bavarian oldies.

My white shark was supposed to have the 17x11 Work Equips on it but had trouble getting tires sealed, and the car had to go from San Francisco to LA, LA to Vegas for Sema, then 9+ hours back to San Francisco. Also couldn't use my custom Pokal's because they were on the e30 with smaller sized tires. So only good option was to use the Msystems.
Fitment is 17x8/9 spaced to et0 all around 225/45 and 255/40 in back.

    From left to right: E30 M3 @m.carey, bagged bronzit @e30_fiend, OBD @theseeker411, shakotan shark @mojocoggo, ME @renownusa, our gracious host @austin_caccavo, E28 @ryannnwith2ns.
All shots by the Talented Tatiana @abusassy
Hope to have many more hangs like this in 2016. We'll def be planning a few cruises/picnics in San Francisco this spring - and another meet in LA w Garagewelt.
    HAPPY NEW YEAR!
