The black car had the same horrid X5 front end. There is this guy on Long Island who does these conversions... I haven't met anyone yet who thinks this look good

The "M/S50" swap thing into the e30 M3s also does nothing for me. It isn't unique, and frankly anymore just screams "I'm too cheap to maintain this car". The S14 *makes* the M3, sticking a 24v twincam 6 in there is like the guys that buy old ferraris and cram SBC 350s in them because they can't afford to rebuild the engines. Totally ruins the car.
