drove like a maniac. Vancouver to Montreal in 4 days.

I recently moved from Vancouver BC to Montreal QC and drove the e30, packed with all our stuff, over a total of 5716km in 4 days. I thought I would share this so that maybe other people don't feel hesitant to take old cars on long roadtrips. It was good. Zero mechanical issues. Things that vibrated or made noise before we left still do, engine now runs smoother, some interior lights and electric door locks came back to life.

Car is a 1989 320i imported from Japan. NogaroSilber. Automatic. Now 165 000km.
Here is a list of stuff that was done to the car before leaving.

And a fews of photos below.

    - control arms and bushings
    - sway bar links
    - transmission flush + filter
    - spark plugs
    - valve cover gasket
    - oxygen sensor
    - kyb shock absorbers and mounts, vogtland springs
    - fuel filter, air filter
    - water temperature sensor
    - c191 plug delete
