Absolutely. It's kind of amazing how the car has helped. It's my adult teddy bear, kinda.

Thanks, man! I'm actually thinking about making it more of a sleeper by switching the Azev's for 14" OEM weaves. Hmm... maybe I'll switch her up every so often?

    Sleeper Special - 318i 4D M54B30 "Cailin"

Over the past three months, my mother went from the healthiest woman I knew (running 7 miles a day, a dietitian by trade, thin) to being riddled with a horribly malignant and metastatic melanoma that invaded her lungs and brain. Never have I felt loss quite like this. My mom died at 60, and I haven't even given her grandkids yet.

In the midst of this unfathomable personal tragedy, I needed some exogenous endorphin generation. So I found and bought my first E30, a Brilliantrot 4D 318i that had its original M42 engine pulled and a M54B30 from a 2004 330ci dropped into it.

All work was done by Bimmershop in Harrahan, New Orleans by Logan Wheeler. All parts besides the engine block itself and transmission are brand new.

The list of things done to Murderbrick:
