i need to find a gem like that. where did you find it?? in michigan, you would NEVER see an E30 in that condition. and it pisses me off.....ALOT! i envy you.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, I had been searching for an iX for quite some time. This car came along and sparked my interest. I am still actively searching for an iX. If and when I locate a nice example this car will become available.

I remember thinking "all of these wanna-be yuppies in their cheap BMW's make me sick". Then I saw my first "gray market" E30.

Could have been your car. Same bumpers. Same Ronals (15's were the shit!) Same Aero setup (IIRC). Same color. I don't remember the interior...but your cars' clone. Somewhere in about summer of 1985.

That car totally changed my perspective on the 3 series. I thought it hot then, yours is hot now. Like someone said, your car is destined to be a real classic. Treat it well.
