yep.. S52 headers, custom downpipes welded to OBD2 M3 cats, and UUC E36 catback.
it wasnt direct, but it wasnt major surgery either... im actually not 100% pleased with the job that was done on the exhaust, and i plan to make a few corrections. namely bringing it up towards the underside of the car about an inch, and ditching the cats in favor of aftermarket ones, which will tuck more nicely. i'll post pics when it's finished correctly. it sounds amazing as it sits, but im a bit of a perfectionist.

Can you describe your exhaust system, from motor to muffler, please?

Sounds like you might've used S52 headers, S52 center section w/ cats, and an E36 catback --- is that right? So the E36 exhaust was a straight swap?

the rear is a 3.23 out of a 2000 Mcoupe.

i got the 5 lug from an E30 M3 (had all the stuff shipped from chicago)
