    It´s actually ground clearance,

    with the usa trucks they still have there drives and suspension sitting low, while the truck it self is high, totally wrong way of doing things,
    by raising the wheel size you effectively raise the diff and rest as well and gain ground clearance, it´s needed when driving on glaciars.

    I have a 4runner (120 prado over there?) and love seeing well sorted out trucks (and E30's, of course)

    and I have 13mm spacers in the front , none in the rear
