    It's not dirt. I believe it's acid bath on the paint, but I could be wrong.

    And it's some type of oxidized copper tone.

    It's pretty low actually... The only reason there's such horrible gap is because he was running a 215/40 and since it's an early model the higher arches make it seem a lot higher.
