I use A Canon 400D a s a camera body and various lenses, mostly Sigma 30mm F1/4 and 10-20mm for the wide angle...
    Glad you like them...

has anyone attempted to make a replica?
I 've never seen something similar.

Last one I saw on Ebay.de went for 182 Euros, vent gauge only, no sensor. Not bad.

I know you guys in the US can't get Alpinas easily or Tourings, but you can legally swap engines, turbo them, which is highly illegal here in france...

    I'm not in the U.S :).

You would have loved to attend an E30 M3 & Alpina (all Alpina models) meet that we had here in The Netherlands some weekends ago!

I posted a mega load of pics in this thread -> http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/show...hlight=cecotto

Keep scrolling down to see a selection of Alpinas present. ;)

I personally like the Alpina as well as Hartge decals.

    Stuning!

I have the same shift knob in our E9 3.0CS :)

I wonder what would have more value , for say e30 with same engine just to compare both in a same performance-power package, between ALPINA, SCHNITZER and HARTGE

I always liked bit more Alpina stuff but no their stickers-vinyls.
