    To attach a small aluminum plate, which itself had a nut plate riveted to it, to the core support so that I could bolt up my new electric cooling fan brackets.

    I guess by going solely with an electric fan, I am saving weight, so I guess I am coming out ahead after all. Watch your ass, the lightest R3v e30 with aircraft rivets title will soon be mine.:p
