I put some aviation rivets on my car today, five 5-3 button head cherrymax to be precise. I think that they just added weight though.

It's way more fun this way...

I just got an email from a viewer asking me to start a thread in here called:

"I dated Dian Lane in the 80's"

Want's to see what would happen with that.

Why isn't there any pics to back up your weight reduction modifications? That would really stop a lot of this shit (at least from me). Take a couple shots of the wiring harnesses throughout the car, the hardware, the subframe, etc...

You can't just throw out shit that's nearly impossible/never done before/ridiculous and expect everyone to just believe you, and not question it at all.

And quit dodging posts with specific questions. That makes it even worse.

I couldn't really give a fuck if the guy is full of shit or not, that is between himself and his psychology degree. The reason I keep checking this is to see if I can glean a tiny bit of info out of this thread that I can apply to my humble ~2400lb car.

Oh, and for the entertainment value too.

Edit: so I guess I do care, but not for girly reasons.

Soldered. That that was the class i took. You should have seen some of these boards he kept. Trully massive and amazing the stress they could withstand.

Now would that really matter in here?

I'd be accused of photo chopping the screw heads off...

Then it would be something else... And Something else...

This isn't where the tires meet the pavement...

This is an Internet forum.... Kind of like Junior High...
