The timing chain should last a LONG time. How many miles are on your car? A belt and a chain are different. A belt will last around 80,000 miles give or take. A chain SHOULD last the life of the motor if cared for properly. I'd get it checked out just in case.

nope it has the m42 engine and a LSD if im not mistaken.
and RedHoodRidah what do you know about the timing chain on this car? i might have to replace mine or re install it since i think the PO did it wrong
