    By "OEM parts" I thought he meant hardware, etc., buying brand new euro bumpers from the dealer isn't very cheap.

    and yes it does need a lip. if you still have your two lips for sale in about 3 weeks I'll drive up and get one. i already put a deposit down on a euro valence though so I have to get that first

    I would do the back bumper right now, but I already put a deposit on a Euro Valence so I'll get the valence next, then euro fogs, then rear bumper.
