Johnson Alignment wrapped it up yesterday and did a great job. He removed a bunch of shims from the GT3 front control arms and replaced the upper tie rod ends as well as the rear upper ones, 4 tie rod ends replaced in all.
He went with an 'aggressive street' setup and said he can get wilder for track days, if I want to. I'm a little confused why the left side is 50# heavier than the right, the 2 case logic cassette bags dont weigh that much! Also bummed that the car is still over 3000# but a friend who owns a 996.2 Targa drove it and said it feels significantly lighter than his car. So thats nice at least...
I'm gone this weekend and really wanted to drive the car so I brought her to work today, taking the longer route... feels great now!
At this point, its all about driving. I have a few minor changes to do here and there, but now its time to just get in and drive.Simon

Also love that you're rocking a cassette collection in there. Original radio as well?

I'm no Porsche guy, but taking a quick look at major component locations I see the left side has the brake booster, ABS unit, coolant reservoir, air injection pump, fuse box, brake and fuel lines. If there's some extra harness routing along the left side and starter/alternator cabling, there's an easy 50lbs of asymmetrical weight there.
Should I start a GoFundMe and buy this to shave some of the weight off the driverside?

Fun little weekend with the car... Started off early in Malibu, but didnt get the lovely sunrise pic I was hoping for. Still a nice view
From there I went and did some 'spirited' driving on Piuma up and around, and back down Los Flores. This new alignment is fantastic. Also brought some hardware to get some better audio & video.

Took my car to the Los Angeles Cars & Coffee yesterday, but wasnt able to stay too long. I did remember to take a picture of my own car ... and a few others.
Really liked this Giulietta Sprint 1600. The colors of these Alfa's are lovely...
This Porsche, had me a little conflicted. It represents a lot of good and bad things about the Aircooled 911 aftermarket/ owners...
