thanks for all the POSI replies. This car has been the way it is for the past couple of years now, ive owned several e30's and e21s and have been doing "wire-tucks" "shaved bays" for a long time now. once again i appreciate the feed back! im redoing her all over entirely with a turbo set up with a bunch of in house fabrication work etc. (i own a shop in bayshore longisland, where we do everything from fabrication work, wiring, turbo builds, scheduled maintenance, powder coating, etc etc. hopefully one of these days ill get a few hours to start a "from then-to now thread ove the course of this beauties history. :) thanks again everybody and i hope that everyone is doing well!!!Leave a comment:

for a wire tuck you just cut the area by the fuse box and extend the wires to the area through the area under your driver side fender, then come up any point you choose, on my 24v I am going in under where the ABS pump used to be. :)Leave a comment:

wow i just searched my threads and found this gem. its been a while so..i think im back..hello r3v. car has been put aside due to the new shop and lots of work/fabrication going on around here! i just wanted to spread the work to everyone on here i will be making alot of parts, products for clean bay applications. ive been making tons of little pieces that change up the look of things without going over kill..easy to install products along with directions and templates. very DIY friendly! i will try to keep everyone updated on this as i havent had too much time to my own projects but you will see a few things out of me once again (and the many few times i post) ive been lurking this forum for a long time but need to get back into the game. hope everyone has been doing well and has had a great new year so far! cheers!Leave a comment:

I really like it. I def need to tuck my wires on the passenger side. you have any more info on it? your engine bay is so clean. moving the fuse box might even be overkill. are you worried about extra sound and heat in he interior with the firewall pad out? You going to use the m3 plastic wire wall covers to hide the engine wiring?Leave a comment:

As i recall the m42 radiator does work, and deletes the coolant tank. Maybe thats what you're after.
Anyways. that engine is really hot, i dunno why. Did you respray the bay yourself or have it done?Leave a comment:
