Well, like I said, here are the pics of the trim!

And then one of the valve cover during adjustment, just degreased it for now to get the years of oil off.

Pulled the front grill trim and painted it black, then I wondered what to do with the kidneys. The chrome was coming off, so I just painted it as well. Then I sprayed the headlight circle things black, because they were faded and stuck out like a sore eye. Then I sprayed the wiper grills and arms black. Then I took off the IS spoiler, wiped out the years of grime underneath, and sprayed that black as well. All using plasti-dip. That stuff looks great on trim.

Still waiting to adjust the valves. I soaked the valve cover in degreaser and cleaned it up real Good. I think Im gonna sand it down and paint it a bright green. But I gotta stop beating around the bush and do the valves already:p

    Thats all for now!

So I did a compression check to check out how the motors doing, all were between 160 and 170, score!! That basically made my day yesterday:D Now Im just gonna clean the plugs and put them back in.

So today I decided, Im going to adjust the valves, so I took off the valve cover and holy crap. Its a black abyss. My vert has a rebuilt head, so it is spotless inside, so when I took it off, its amazing the stuff that builds up after 150,000+ miles. Then it started raining, so I covered it up and now am just waiting for the rain to stop.
