Updates areee..... it getting aprayed this week and I should have it back next. I stopped by yesterday and it was all back together. All they had to do was adjust the doors a lil more and spray color. -
I always thought this would be cool but, I was unsure of how cardinal suede would look.I don't have a place to really work on it with out moving it in and out. I don't wanna let it sit in the snow with fresh paint either. So I'm just going to put it in storage where it will be safe. I have been collecting parts for the past few weeks. I have about 1500 into all new trims, seals, clips, moldings etc.
I'm working with kevin to get a whole new interior made up for it. Also working with andrew at open road for a custom set of front struts.
That's about it for an update. :)Leave a comment:

I'm not going to bag it, though I know I'd love it. Especially in the city.
Color is still undecided, but most likely something desaturated to make the interior pop more.
That interior retrim would be tits. Too expensive for my wallet though. I'll probably just be scoring a few skin sections from Kevin.Leave a comment:

I'm going to have to completely rethink my project now. Our cars are going to be too similar - and mine will be the less low one, so that's not good.
Looks like I'm going to have to sell my cardinal.
Are you doing a full Cardinal retrim?Leave a comment:

Choose it because of the quality of work they did. I actually spoke to a few people who had work done there and looked at many cars they have done and everything they did was flawless. Being that my father in law owns a shop in town you hear storys about other shops. Never once have we heard anything bad about this shop so we went with it.
From the start things went great till they actually sprayed the car. That's when things started to go down hill and we noticed more and more problems. Once we did some looking around more we found out that the guy who did all the body work on the other cars and sprayed them was no longer there. So the quality of work they did went out to door with him. Live and learn I guess. I don't care nore because its getting fixed and it will be much better than it was ever before..Leave a comment:

Its more like what didnt they do.
Thats only a few things wrong. If you could actually see the car in person you would shit. That was the second time they had sprayed the car. The photo above would be the 2nd time they fixed the hood. They was actually getting ready to to spray the hood again till we stopped that process.Leave a comment:
