I know you guys are sick of pictures of rear seats, but here's yet another ;D
Thanks to Mr. Wiggles, I was able to get two missing links to my build. Thank you Mr. Wiggles
First, I got an original black leather mtech II vert rear seat top portion. Considering the rarity of black leather (non-mtech cloth) interiors, I never thought I'd get my hands on one of these. And it's a near perfect match condition-wise to my original mtech II rear seat bottom
As discussed above, the key difference between this seat and a regular vert rear seat is the e30 M3 style stitching and bolsters.
Secondly I got an original mtech II front grill badge to match my original rear badge
Any recommendations and how to go about repainting them?
Even though my black interior is now complete, I still want to eventually re-do the interior with mtech cloth. I have both silver and anthracite mtech cloth, but I can't make up my mind which to use. Part of me wants to use the silver to be different, plus it's a lot more subtle.
or not so subtle if used inside out, TJ pancho style :pimp:
How are you liking the Toronto, and mind telling how much you got it for?
We've got a REALLY nice bluetooth, usb, etc.. Blaupunkt HU in our Volvo 240 which we installed last summer.
The Key West in my E30 sucks ass. I hate it - no BT, no direct ipod control, etc... This one looks good.

I actually like it. No need to run a mic wire since the mic is in the HU. I can easily carry a conversation with the hard top on (haven't had the top off since I installed the HU). The BT streaming for radio is pretty good too. 4preamp outputs made for an easy amp install. I just wish it fit more flush. I can't recall how much I paid for it, not more than $100.
5-speed swap, early trans, with sheet metal console (long story); euro 323i ltw flywheel, big guibo flange, Z3 1.9 shift lever. Also added a 3.64 torsen lsd, finned diff. cover.
And some exhaust work
Racing Dynamics headers and NOS Leistritz exhaust
It's a joy to row through the gears after four years of automalice. The car breathes well with the RD headers, though the Leistritz muffler is pretty tame sounding. But I'm not complaining.
No pics, but I also firmed up the front with a Mason X-brace (fits with the RD headers and 22mm H&R front swaybar), and a Garagistic strut brace. I'm also running a Strong Strut butt brace. The battery has been relocated to the trunk. I have to say this car much tighter then I would ever have expected a vert to be.
Also using oem rubber engine and transmission mounts so it's a bit comfier than it was with poly mounts. Almost forgot, I added euro aluminum engine mount brackets to match the aluminum control arms the PO installed.
