Soooo I fired up the car this weekend!

I replaced the AFM for a good working one and a new battery. It backfired like a mother fucker after I tried romping it a bit... bogged down and sputtered. Me thinks time for new plugs and wires.

Didnt get a chance to work on it this weekend. The battery was so dead it wouldn't crank over and my booster didn't have enough juice either :(

for the not running - if it turns over but not starts, pull the relays outside of the fusebox, give them a good cleaning and install. If the DME/crank sensor is good, it'll start right up.

I think it turns over. The P/O said he went through everything and the AFM was the last thing that didn't check out.

I'll clean up the relay's though... wouldn't hurt.

I am thinking sanding..

I've been reading up on it a bit. Some people say hit it with 600 grit sand paper to remove the peeling bits and then 1200 to smooth out the clearcoat. Then buff.
