I actually did! I opted not to take them with me. I bet the owner scrapped them by now.
However, I do come across them. Not by choice, however.

You know where to reach me, Mr. Andrew.
Which reminds me, I need to get the exhaust header over to you and Jeff.
I forgot to mention that the haul of parts also netted me an extra 2 rear windshields in great condition, an extra gas tank in great condition, and a spare tire well in great condition. And many many other things. But I felt that those were worth noting.Last edited by phreshkid; 09-14-2014, 05:47 PM.Leave a comment:

I am very interested in extra boosters and unmolested 4-speed driveshafts.Leave a comment:

I needed a pedal box for the Sacramento car, so I went and got one. Except it came with a lot of extra parts. It was a pretty good deal.
Loading Up:

Driving back:

Passenger Side:

4 engine blocks. 2 are short blocks, two are bare blocks. No idea on the condition yet.

Car came with a VERY detailed log. The first owner took note of everything he did to the car. I mean everything. Here is my favorite entry in his journal-log:

Unloaded the car and began unloading contents. It gets a bit wild. It's actually in pretty nice condition. Especially the front clip.

A bunch of boxes filled with misc nuts and bolts and things. Overwhelming.

A whole lot of things. 3 sets of front corner windows with trim. And much more

And more things. 3 transmissions. 2 heads, 3 extra valve covers, 3 extra intake manifolds, 3 extra oil pans, 3 extra flywheels, a nice spare tire well, a few good crankshafts, weber carbs, a complete set of BWA Sportster wheels in 13x6 (<12 lbs each), 4 perfect early hubcaps, and a bunch more stuff. Just look:

How about an extra set of struts? Extra front subframe? I know you want three more brake boosters and two heater cores:

Anyone need a piston?

I always wanted 8 driveshafts. One is a bonerfied 5 speed driveshaft which is cool. Car also came with beat up recaros. Can be reupholstered.

And I'm pretty sure I have the original Arizona license plate. Dates back to 1973. Pretty neat.

VIN of the car:

Not a bad haul.Leave a comment:
