Regarding your issues...
Yes, re-manufactured boards are always a pain to work with and one can't really predict all the possibilities.
The adjustment can take a little more time, but is well worth it as you said. We will definitely look into this if more buyers think this is a real issue and correct it in the next batches.

Finally got time to install mine, here is my review

started by removing the cluster



this is what I got



however I ran into a problem, my car already had a remanufactured SI board, the batteries sit on another board, so it hits the lights and adapter, lucky for me, we had a brand new SI board in the shop, so I just swapped it.

Now starting with the new SI Board, everything went as expected

calibration took a little more time that it should, I think the screws are too sensitive, maybe if it can have less range to make adjustment more precise

Finally, I must say you get more than what you pay for, the product is really nice, being able to make adjustments is a plus because of all the different setups on e30s that everyone has, I can't wait to see more cool products for the e30 from innovative guys, keep it up.

Since no bad comments were posted, we started work on the 2nd batch. Most of the work is complete. We still need to program the uC and test every set to ensure perfect kits are sent to you.

If everything goes as expected, we will send the invoices for the 2nd batch in the first days of the next week.
