It's that time of year again. We are bringing another car for the kids to paint. It's a 1999 w210 MB with an ls1/t56 swap. Hoping a few people might take a minute, perhaps a dollar or two and help keep this even going.

                Here's what it's about...

Here is the car they will be painting...

E-Class (W210) - e430 Endurance Racecar build - Hello, My name is John and a friend of mine decided he wanted for my small performance shop to turn his e430 into an endurance race car. We plan on competing in Chumpcar Daytona, FL in May 2015. This will be our 4th Chumpcar build, first MB as the other three were BMW's....

We are still campaigning this car! This was a first, though, we actually raced in the SNOW! Crazy weekend. Cool and dry on Friday for test and tune/practice, then a light flurry that didn't stick. About 2 hours into the 14hr race and the sky opened up dropping about 6-8" on the ground. We made a snowman, had snowball fights, and got a good sportsmanship award for having fun while the race was red flagged. Even though the racing kinda sucked, we had a blast. The winner of the race only did something like 120 laps in the race (2:00 avg lap times). They start the race order with a random number generator, so we started and ended in 49th of ~80 cars. Almost all the laps were under yellow, and the track actually called the race 2 hours early due to heavy fog - 8 pm at night, I was driving, couldn't see 100yds. I still put it top the wood lol, the speedo wasn't working for some reason, but was doing 6000 rpm in 5th, so well over 100 at breaking zone - and boy did turn 10 come up fast.

                  Anyways, on to some pics...
