Welcome, any more details on the car? is there a back story to it that you know of? more photos and whats the plans?

Those were the kind of wheels you would get if you went to a tire store in 1990 and asked to get some "rims". American General, or something like that. They wouldn't eve suggest a +1 size! Yikes. Nice start for that car - long way to go. Looks very much like a LA car.
