Suspension and Steering:
C3 Motorsport coilover kit using 450/750 lb Eibach race springs

That´s 450lb at the front and 750lb at the rear, right?
I´m currently using 350lb at the front of my 18iS, but i´m thinking in running some "test´s" with stiffer spring rates.
Did you tested other spring rates before you decided for that one?

Pretty tame and budget oriented:

ENGINE:
Replaced all engine gaskets - exhaust, intake, head, thermostat housing, etc.
Replaced timing chain and cam gears.
Replaced all coolant hoses.
Replaced fuel filter.
Cleaned all carbon from pistons and hot-tanked head.
Deleted throttle body heater and the mess of intake vacuum lines.
Replaced vacuum lines to valve cover and ICV.
Replaced spark plug wires with shorter Volvo versions and changed spark plugs.
Deleted radiator clutch fan and replaced with a dual stage Volvo radiator fan.


HANDLING:
Ronal LS Mesh 15x7.5 wheels
New Bilstein Sport front strut inserts.
New Bilstein Sport rear shocks.
Vogtland Springs.
Cabrio E30 front 21mm swaybar.
E30 M3 rear 19mm swaybar.
New front Control arms and Powerflex offset control arm bushings.


EXTERIOR:
Mtech1 rear spoiler
Black kidney grills.
Custom fit Mercury Sable sideskirts, painted black.
Paint rear spoiler painted black.
Custom "mini" eyebrows.

Added rear US plate filler panel to clean up the rear.
I'm tempted to delete power steering and A/C, but for the time being I'll leave it alone.


INTERIOR:
Replaced all switches with better condition switches
Replaced some interior trim items.
I rerofitted an SRS check panel from a 325iS so it works in the 318iS for SRS and seatbelt warnings.
I replaced all the speakers with BMW Premium Components front and rear.
Added BMW Premium tweeters in the sail panels.
I found a Blaupunkt Cassette Headunit that gives it the retro 90's look and matches the dash.
Installed a 7 series Leather e-brake handle and plan to add a leather e-brake boot soon.
E21 Short wooden shift knob.


Waiting for install:
E36 M3 shorter shift lever and new shift bushings.
ATE Super Blue brake fluid, new brake lines, pads and rotors.
Eccentric rear trailing arm bushings.
E30 Maplight rearview mirror.
