shit! i wish i was that far along! it is fucking slow at work so cash is tight right now. the donner 535 is still at my friends shop, until i can get a garage door up to keep from getting hassled by the neighborhood blight inspector asshole for working on my car. right now i just have a pile of parts waiting to go together . with that and not being allowed to stay in direct sunlight for long, because of the burns, it looks like it is going to be a slow build.

back on topic though, who does make those headers?????
and if you decide you want to step up to an m90 let me know, i have a really cheap source for them, our core guy has a bunch of them and he said there is no demand for them so he'll let them go cheap.
i'll have pics and dimensions of the inter-coolers for you tomorrow

This may be a stupid question, but what brand of headers are those? The sticker says HK something.

I love the look of this setup, nice going! Planning to make a dyno run and post results before supercharger install?

Not like we really need another non-contributing drooler in this thread, but damn that is some nice fab work. DIYFTW.

Got some new goodies in the mail the other day:D So just had to bolt them up and see how they fit.

Also pulled the blower off my car today so I can start making mounts to mount it with the ITB's. It used to be mounted to the intake manifold and sit up higher but since the ITB's sit lower then the stock manifold that won't work anymore. The blower is just hanging in place right now. I've got the front mount made(just have to drill one more hold for a bolt going into the alternator bracket). But trying to get everything lined up first and figure out how I'm going to secure the back end and the side under the intake.

have you run boost through the ITB's yet? "most" N/A itb's will leak boost pressure at the throttle shaft inbetween the shaft and the bearing/bushing unless they are o-ringed. just something to think about before you put the m-62 to it.
what boost levels are you planning to run?
do you have an intercooler yet?
i have a couple of mercedes benz intercoolers laying around from work. they would work out nicely on an E-30 (that is why i saved them). free to you if you pay shipping.

I've been on the track twice already with the supercharger, and no oil pressure issues at all.

if you do eventually get a tig, you should look into a sump. ...on the m20 even with a sump and custom pan you can't really get the motor much lower anyways due to the front subframe..... ...but it'd be nice to not see my oil light come on when i'm going around turns IMO - thats my reason for my personal investigation into remote oil sumps - personally .....and if your car's gonna be supercharged, you might be taking turns a little faster than before? :D

build is coming along nicely! good work man!
