idle bypass? I no longer have an ICV at all. The idle speed on these is controlled by a small bypass screw on each throttle body.

with forced induction it won't be a problem, with N/A it possibly could.

I have enough material to build a second plenum so if this one works how I want. I'll replicate it but get it TIG welded:D

Do you think your gonna have any cylinder filling problems with the one size pipe plenum getting air from the front? (i dont have the slightest when it comes to intake manifolds)

nope going manual brakes. Already have the brake pedal modified to increase the leverage ratio ;)

But I could go with a hydraulic booster setup easily, and have most of the parts to do so.

Ok plenum fabbed up. I used some aluminum brazing rod to connect the runners to the large pipe, and got a good solid connection on 3 of them, but the other 3 popped loose so I doubled everything up with a layer of JB weld also. Just waiting for the epoxy to dry, then I have to sand it all smooth, prime and paint it tomorrow.
Doesn't look so pretty right now, but should clean up nicely once it's painted
Only thing I have left to do is mount the air temp sensor and figure out the throttle cable
And I'm thinking of hacking some plastic motorcycle velocity stacks up and mounting them inside the plenum at the end of each runner.

Ok, just got 8' of aluminum pipe for making the runners today. Just waiting on the large pipe for the plenum to put it all together

-1 hacked up intake manifold
-2 sets K75 throttles
-1 set K100 throttles
-1 e34/e32 m30 6-pin variable TPS
-custom made aluminum channel to mount the throttles to
-extended tabs on each throttle body linkage
-1 meter 41mm silicone hose
-random hose bards
-miscellaneous chunks of aluminum

thats exactly what i was looking for
i especially like the random hose barbs and the miscellaneous chunks of aluminum

i really just wanted more info on the throttles which you supplied
