Are you speaking of the Che that has had his likness plastered on millions of t-shirts which are probaly manufactured in Central American and Far-Eastern sweatshops by child laborers forced to work long hours for little to no pay? Then some anti-capitlaist lefty heads to his local dept. store or online vendor and purchases the shirt before he goes and spends the day breaking windows outside the latest G20 summit. Oh the irony.

If you are not being sarcastic you just further demostrated the intolerance and cruelty that infects the left so much more than the right. Good job. The USA has had and continues to have MANY faults. But I will say this. One of the main reasons this country has become the light of the world and a beacon for oppurtunity and progress is because of Caplitalism. Whether you agree with this statemant or not makes no difference.

It is very sad. I'm by no means a conspiracy theorist but fishy circumstances were the first things that popped into my mind as well. He was certainly in a position to "know too much." The goings on at Fannie and Freddie have always been shrouded in secrecy. It would probably be very easy for a high-ranking goverment official to have some loose ends tied up if need be. Less connected people do it all the time and don't get caught. This is really quite sad. He's got a 5 year old daughter and wife. He was in a mess but was only CFO for a year or so. The first thing I thought was if his "suicide" was an actual suicide and not something plotted. kinda sick that I thought that...but you never do know. Maybe he caught wind of some incriminating evidence. Maybe he just felt guilty. Who knows.
RIP nonetheless.

David Kellermann, Freddie Mac CFO, Said To Have Committed Suicide
FTA:
Wow.. shocking. I'm honestly not all that surprised.. imagine being the CFO for such a fucked companyFreddie disclosed in the recent SEC filing that in September it received a federal grand jury subpoena from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York seeking documents related to accounting, disclosure and corporate-governance matters. That subpoena was later withdrawn, Freddie has disclosed, and the investigation was taken over by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.
"We know of no connection between this terrible personal tragedy and the ongoing regulatory inquiries discussed in our recent SEC filing," said David Palombi, Freddie's chief spokesman.
UPDATE 11:30 AM EST: Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner issued a statement on acting Freddie Mac CFO David David Kellermann's death:
