I agree completely with Jamie. He wants everything that is needed to be in it's place. No more, no less. It's not hard. Extra shit clutters stuff up so you can't find things and if something is missing, then you have to go find it, wasting more time.

In a shop where you have several people working on different projects all the time, you HAVE to stay organized or nothing will get done.

QFT. I found no douchebaggery whatsoever in Jamie's rant about how shit isn't how he wants it. Sounds like all pretty simple instructions to me. He found the Sharpie only after digging around in there, and while paper towels are close by, they aren't where they are supposed to be. Pretty simple shit.
