I don't see the problem... its a sting operation. If he was serious enough to get explosives I'm glad he got them from the FBI and not real ones. The evidence against this guy is pretty damaging as are the statements he made before hand.

He wasn't some kid who was entrapped or set up and he willingly planted what he thought was a bomb in the garage of a 60 story building in an attempt to bring it down and kill many of the occupants - men, women, children.

He also purchased large amounts of Hydrogen Peroxide and/or Acetone to make the ingredients for the bomb.

McVeigh did a lot of damage with basic materials and this guy was looking to emulate him.
