this reminds me of the fat bitch that got all pissed off that her KIA always pulled to the left and had it aligned under warranty about 10 times. Then when the tech said maybe I should align it with her sitting in it, she got all pissed off sued the dealer ship, and all kinds of shit. Think she even got the ACLU into it for discrimination and what not.

We had to do it as well. AFTER BBB got involved. We aligned it 4 times, had tech, foreman, another tech, and then business owner drive that car, and it drove great.

After we finally finished aligning her e46 (after replacing CABs) she said car felt too stif, and she was no longer able to drink coffee and hold cell-phone while driving. Was insane.
