O.k., point taken, you are not anti-gun. Maybe I can make it up to you with a bongload?Leave a comment:

yes it IS still justified. he MURDERED 4 officers. You cannot say that its justified at one point but not at another. either it is justified the whole time or none of the time.
and our society doesn't condemn killing, we condemn murder.Leave a comment:

Did you even read what I said? I said that killing this asshole would have been justified if it would have prevented further deaths, i.e. some or all of the officers. Now that it can no longer prevent the deaths of the officers, it is no longer justified.Leave a comment:

whoa whoa whoa.... so its all about timing? you obviously agree he deserves to die, but only if its cheap? executing a person like this doesn't bring us to their level, it shows that as a society we will not tolerate the murder of 4 innocent officers.Leave a comment:

I comprehend you just backed CCW's. I thought you were an anti-gun nutjob. It "jives" perfectly. A bullet through this low lifes head is pallatable because if someone were at the scene of the crime and would have shot this guy, it would have possibly prevented the deaths of all or some of the officers (the burden of proof is 100%). However, now that the crime is over and done with, the deaths of these cops can no longer be prevented and the man should be given a trial and thrown in solitary confinement. Given the fact that capital punishment is actually more expensive than jail, he should be jailed instead of executed. Executing him would only lower us to his level and justify killing when we as a society have condemned it. Also there are countless flaws in the justice system which have currently and in the past allowed innocent men to be jailed and executed. The burden of proof is simply not large enough to justify capital punishment. So, in conclusion, killing is justifiable in cases of self defense or in cases in which it would have prevented deaths of innocents. Now that the killing of innocents is over and can no longer be prevented, killing is no longer justified. This is perfectly coherent and compatible with what I have said in the past.
Now my question to you is, how is your reading comprehension?Leave a comment:

A bullet through this "low lifes brain" is pallatable. But after due process of law, lethally injecting another calculating murderer like John Allan Mohammad, may he burn in Hell, gets your panties twisted.
This doesn't jive.
Stoner, you may think you have a monopoly on critical thinking because you're just learning how to do it now. Graduate, if you can put the bong down long enough, and, as I've said before, grow the fuck up.

If someone were there to put a bullet through this low lifes brain case it would have prevented further deaths of innocent people and saved money as we wouldn't even have to pay for a trial much less jail time. This is completely compatible with what I have said previously. However, at this point he should be brought in and given a trial and thrown in solitary confinement to think about what hell will be like when he gets there.Leave a comment:
