I thought the movie was great, I will likely go see it again with my woman at IMAX. -
LOL
Now there's the humour in the whole sequence
I want to see the film, strictly because James Cameron doesn't dissapoint as previously said. All of the storylines these days are recycled and dull, at least there's a technological gimmick behind this one ;)Leave a comment:

Ding ding ding. I was so annoyed watching the film. Also way too long and slow.Leave a comment:

This movie was incredible. I give it a 10/10 and I usually don't do that.
The visuals are 10x better than any other movie. The Na'vi (the blue people) look like they are real. The skin texture, the sweat, the muscle movements, body movements, etc. It is all incredibly like life.
The 3D was perfect. I have seen 3D movies where it is all totally in your face with shit flying at you all the time. It not like this with Avatar. You can tell the 3D was not the priority but was added to complement the rest of the movie. I felt so much more immersed, it was really crazy.
The general plot line is great, but has been done before. With that said, there are still plenty of new story elements which make it James Cameron's own.
All in all, this movie cannot really be described. You really have to see and experience the movie before you can decide whether you like it or not. It is well worth a 10 dollars ticket and 20 if you go see it in IMAX. Don't wait till DVD because you will miss out.Leave a comment:

I liked it and also saw it in 3D, although it was $10 per ticket!.The movie line was Dancing with Wolves meets Star Trek. The graphics were amazing and the story line was decent. I would recommend it.Leave a comment:
