yea that egg was huge, the shell was like an eighth inch, I used a ball peen hammer to get through it and the egg membrane felt like a latex glove
    ------------------------------------------------
Breakfast was a caffe americano and regulach, a few apple ones and a few walnut raisins ones.

Mid morning I had an Arkansas black apple (my new favorite, sorry pink ladys). And a bowl of swiss muesli

For lunch I ate a bowl of turkey chili with jalapeno cornbread and a dr. pepper

mid-afternoon snack consisted of baby carrots, yogurt with wheat germ and a handful of almond M&Ms.

pre-dinner was popcorn and a caramel frappacino

dinner was black beans and rice and a lobster burrito

before bed will probably be chocolate milk and some steel cut oats, maybe a banana or a peach

add a lot of yerba mate tea and water, and thats it.
are you vegan? That sounds so good.

    Thanks bro!

Yeah, I put the ensure and or boost in the shake wthwhey protein. My goal is to gain 10 pounds by end of Feb.

Taste is not a problem. My dam taste buds are burned out. I can tell the diff between salt and sugar. I put everything in my shake and honestly couldn't tell you if it taste like shit. It looks like it.

Theres no way I can choke that stuff down if I wasn't feeling good, thats why I like ensure when I'm sick.

Make my own high cal protein shake; its cheaper. 2 scoops ON whey protein or muscle milk, 1/2 cup raw ground oats, 2 tablespoons wheat germ, 1-2 cups chocolate milk. If its before bed I add cottage cheese.

I think ^ thats gonna be breakfast with a banana then lunch will be beer and a burger. For dinner I'll make beef hash, 3 sunny side up eggs, 2 pieces of wheat toast and some OJ.
