my opinion, it was a cop on his day off just driving around. i dont care how pissed you are, getting pelted in the face with snowballs should not even give you any sort of right to draw a gun. ignorant bastard with some power hungry issues, like most cops. i despise cops except for a select few that i had a run in with. like someone said before, cops get a bad reputation especially because of people like this, which i agree with 100%. Aptyp, have you no childhood? if you cant take a snowball, i believe suicide is your only option.

snowball can be lethal. someone in my area a few years back threw a snowball off an overpass and it hit the windshield, and broke through and she died in front of her kids and husband.

there is no way it was just a snow ball, had to be a solid ice ball!!

Well lets see here. So the unmarked car was driving down the road and came upon this snow fight. And i'm not to for sure how many people follow twitter or other sites like that to know everyones elses buisness. Anyway the cops car gets hit, and its pretty easy to tell a unmarked cop car, so what does anyone with common sense do? Well, first you got to ask is this some kind of lame riot? and now i'm caught in the middle of it? So call in and hop out of the car and take control of the situation.

Although i don't know if the cop did call in? Or if here pulled his gun and started pointing it at people? Or if he identified himself as a cop? But people really need to pull thier heads out of thier ass's nowdays and use what little brains they have. Cause just like i said, guy driving down the street and gets caught in this mess and don't have a clue to whats going on, thats what i'm getting from the story. What would you people do?????

B. They were having a snow fight on public road.... Idiots could have moved to a park or some sort of stadium.

Not saying cop was right, but there a lot of reasons for a 1 (one) cop to face a 200 adrenaline rushed maniacs with snowballs. People may not have known that he was a cop as he tried to disperse the crowd. Especially with those few assholes yelling at the cop. Personally, in that situation, I'd love to to see a "Don't tase me, bro" and the idiots yelling obscene things at cops...

The gun is way excessive, especially when he's just a dude jumping out of a hummer... I know I would've run for it. But a snowball does get him in the face at about :45... hahaha
