But it's not called Mr. Pibb anymore. It Pibb extra or something like that. My guess is that someone thought it was sexist that it had Mr. in it....

I can't believe the states gets such shit for soda. The soda made downunder is all cane sugar, all year round. When I was in California, I could barely drink the stuff.

I saw the throwback stuff in a gas station in Georgia last week while driving through. Didn't try it though, as they had the Mountain Dew Voltage that I was looking for.

Never seen it up here though.

    :puppy:

The german coke is SOOOOO much better than the american stuff. you can buy the american stuff on base and it tastes like ass.

German coke mixed with absolute vanilla vodka... mmmmmh.

DR pepper is bottled by 7UP corp now.

Dublin is in TX IIRC and sells the original recipe in glass and ships it all over the palce

The funny thing about Dr. Pepper is it isn't a brand, it's a drink name. Kind of like a green river. Several manufacturers over the years have bottled their own style of it.

This is the 2ed release of throwbacks, the 1st was this summer. Its all I drink, Dr pepper has a Heritage edition out thats the old school cane sugar as well. And I will only drink Coke if its the mexican in glass bottles

Pepsi is running them for 8 weeks, and rumored to be market testing to see about making it permanent. When I swapped to the Pepsi Throwback this summer after about a week off the HFCS I felt a ton better. As your body has a special enzyme to handle the real sugar, and there for you liver dose not have to process all that HFCS. HFCS is really bad for you, it mess's with hormones, and tricks the brain into thinking its still hungry and wanting more of the shit.

DICK: Pop dose not make you fat, nor is it bad for you. The real sugar is way better for you than the HFCS
