me neither... It's the first time in the last 5 years I didn't use at least part of tax return to buy one.

I've technically spent more, but made much, much less than previous years. Works slow but I got tired of being laid off by multiple businesses and decided to start my own. Now I'm working for myself while not working. Pretty fancy ;)

In all seriousness, things will pan out. I've got several horizon line jobs that, if they go through, will have me working through this year. In general, I think the down turn is nice to learn to budget, manage the money smarter, etc. Not thrilled, but I have hope.

I did, mainly since i got my hours cut in half.

But I just got new job. with the same pay, full benefits, and full hours... so the E30 is going be getting a lot of goodies once the checks start coming in.

Then don't bring it up... pretty simple.

I'm in school, I just have loans which I've always had. I've noticed my parents spending less / giving me less though. I typically don't spend money anyways (no job) so it's the same for me.

Oh and my wife is preggo so probably gonna have to pay full price for my current insurance for a while after I'm gone from current job.
advice: It may be expensive, but at least look into cobra.
