My uncle has an '03 Cobra, built suspension (coilvers/sways/poly bushings throughout), 275/40/17 R888s, underdrive pulley on blower and cat-back and it's putting 450whp to the ground.
Thing hauls ass at the track as well, I've sat shotgun for sub 1:28 laps at Hallett.

Cobra mustangs with IRS and coils handle very well, the true thing he'll notice is the bmw will not have the power but it will have non little tike designed interior.Leave a comment:

If hes ok with it being a mustang, and if hes ok with it not a BMW. Then let him.Leave a comment:

Do the swap. Those cobras are fucking nasty. Interior will suck compared to his m3, but he will get the same amount of attention, if not more, and it will be faster. I wouldnt be surprised if it handled pretty damn well too.Leave a comment:

Is my friend crazy? or is it just me
So long story short my friend found someone that wants to trade their 2003 Kenne Bell Cobra in Gray for his 2004 E46 M3 that is virtually stock accept for a muffler and its Jet Black
the Cobra has around 30k on it and his M3 has around 45K
He really isn't into tracking, he just likes fast cars and messing around, he is getting all excited over this and I am afraid he is going to regret this majorly in the long run, I don't know much about the mustangs that are blown and how long they last.
but what would you guys do? keep the M3 or get the Cobra?Tags: None
