i have experience with religion myself and none of it was good.....i personally consider people such as yourself as having "faith" compared to religion (mainly because the word religion covers.....all types Islam,Buddhism..etc)

and everyone is entitled to thier own beliefs..i dont go around personally bashing anyone (tho is sometimes seems that way)

and i dont assume they are comparable or repping christian faith ..but they are giving people who practice religion a really bad image...

I hope you, and all others that feel so strongly about this, are able to realize that NOT ALL CHURCHES OR RELIGIONS ACT LIKE THIS. I went to a Catholic school up until 6th grade, still attend church about twice a month, and I've never, not once, heard my pastor or priest talk about hating anyone else. We disagree with many things, abortion, and homosexuality to name two big ones. But we've never gone and protested a funeral, or bombed an abortion clinic, or anything else like that.
This isn't a Christian saying, but I tend to think about this before passing judgement on others, "Hate the sin, not the sinner." I, along with many others sharing my beliefs, follow that relatively closely. For you to assume that the WBC is comparable or representative of the Christian faith, or that they are a church at all, is a sign of ignorance in my opinion.

its bullshit they protested a funeral..then add to it that he was a marine..a soldier PROTECTING their rights including the same one they sued his father over...

there is no helping these ppl..religion has gotten so fucked that its useless...(tho i think faith is a different story )

someone reads the bible and twists and distorts it to use for their own beliefs ...

I am very very suprised that a former marine or veteran, or anyone for that matter has not gone over the edge and killed these worthless fucks already. The post their damn protest schedule on their website. Nobody is waiting a few hundreds yard out with a sniper rifle for them? Perhaps if 5 or 6 of them took a .50 cal to the chest, they would think twice about protesting at anyone's funeral. I know that I'd make it my personal agenda to end these fucks if they showed up at my family members funeral.
