My iPhone 4 came today!!! OMG OMG OMG. I love it. Love the new features. With multitasking I dont even think I need to jailbreak it. Only reason I can see to jailbreak now is tethering and to add Notifier and SB Settings.

awesome! i tried to have it mailed to me, but the internets broke on preorder day so i went into the store instead. i'll be picking mine up tomorrow after work.

i agree that now the only reason to jailbreak is to use some sort of notification system, whether it be notifier, GriP, or LockInfo. (and 5-icon dock).

Can't wait to get the 4.
Currently I have my second 3G (first was stolen), didn't want to spend extra for the 3GS.
I've really beaten it up a lot, time for an upgrade! I was always a jailbreaker so I've tried tons of 3rd party features. What I want is the 4 to be really fast opening SMS, contacts, Safari. That would make me happy.

Only gadget nerds fawn over my Evo. Girls love the screen but realize it wont fit in the mini-pockets they put on their skinny jeans.

Personally I wouldnt switch. I love the widgets, true multitasking (so apps can process shit while I am doing something else, iphone only has fast switching for most apps) and the 4g network is pants tightenly awesome when tethering (its good when on the phone browser but changes the game when on the laptop).

Same here. I dropped my iphone and got the Evo and I absolutely love it. I never thought I'd use the tethering as much as I do. You're not paying to tether though, right?

Yes!! I hope multitasking works on my 3g. 4GS will be my next purchase. Company phone still works so no excuse yet to upgrade.

I like my iPhone, it's great, what I'm saying is that I do not care if some other phone besides the iPhone can multitask. Mine will now have this feature and it makes me happy. You falling down the stairs at high school tomorrow would also make me happy.
