I've raced varsity the past 2 years and JV as a freshman, so I'm pretty much stuck in Varsity. I haven't been training much at all but will need too if I don' want to get owned.

That chick sucked soooooooooooooooooooooo much. And her coach did nothing he just yelled at her to pedal. Her only true instruction came from the bike shop owner and us.

His couch is desperate for attention. Seriously he thought he was gods gift to cycling.
