word on the CNN link.
i cant believe that AZ is 50/50% split on their MMJ bill! 87% tally
I've heard here in CO, MMJ dispensery competition has driven the prices on a OZ down to roughly 30% of the pre-MMJ "market values"
now THAT is a free market correction
the alley dwellers are having a hell of a time staying competitive since an initiative passed that required a certain percentage of their mmj inventory to be grown by the dispensory on location, so supply is massively hugh right now - i can't wait to see what happens around here come April (tax time!) I doubt the IRS is gonna have any time to audit anyone else cause they'll be too busy combing the pot joints' books.
there are so many distributors in Colorado its not even funny. there are 4 competing dispensories on the same square block as my office. They've eaten up all of the vacant rental properties left in the wake of the "recession". I'm looking forward to seeing what the results are on the Colorado Springs 1A initiative - to zone all mmj dispensory operations outside of the city limits - imo, there's no way in hell this is going to pass. so much real estate has been purchased and/or is under lease contracts already, it would just be rather much of a slap in the face - lawsuits would be falling left and right.Leave a comment:

This is part of the reason. However there are plenty of people against it as well, including all the big time bud dealers, growers, cannibus club owners. If Prop 19 passes, a lot of people would be out of easy money.
I voted yes, but I don't see it winning this time. Next election it will IMO.Leave a comment:

understandble. media often lies. you should know this, you're in college.
Hell, fox news called prop 19 'defeated' after 1% of precincts were counted
I realize that it's fox, but stillLeave a comment:
