currently a Nondestructive testing tech. Level II certs in RT, MT, PT, UTt, and Level I UT shear-wave test methods. basically I keep industrial welders honest. But have extensive back ground and work history in the heavy construction trades mostly water, sewer and road building as well

Work mostly on High Pressure Cross country Transmission and Gathering Natural Gas, Oil and Products pipe lines. With lots of work in related compression, metering and refining facilities as well.

Still considering jumping industries and going back to school to finish up my Pet/engineering degree, or maybe a welding engineers degree, just dont know yet.

Considering the huge number of engineers on this board, why is there no option for that? What about manufacturing?

During the day, I'd probably dabble in artisanal breadmaking and post pictures of my bread on Facebook, where my fellow eunuch house husbands would comment on how awesome my loaves looked.
I agree with everything you said (especially the artisanal bread making!!!) except the G&R!

To be more technical I am this:

Flight engineer (FE). The FE maintains his assigned aircraft and performs NCM duties. He is the supervisor and primary trainer for the CE and mechanics assigned to that aircraft. The commander selects NCMs to perform FE duties based on proficiency and experience.
