Daniel-those are sick. If they're the ones I'm thinking of, they remind me of a top sider or the Van's Zapato Del Barco's-only twice as good I'm sure since they're made by Nike.
Lennon- One of a college student. My brother previously worked for Nike, I have a collection of Jordan 1-23, in multiple colors each-that have never been worn. I also worked for Van's for a few months in between semesters, so I ended up buying practically everything in the store haha. I'm not sure if I even saw a paycheck from them.
I find men who collect shoes weird. A man needs three sets of shoes at most. Boots for work, athletic shoes for comfort, and dress shoes for those special occasions. That's it.
This whole thread is a cat fight over bull shit.

there is a difference between collecting shoes and having more than 3 pairs. i don't "collect" shoes, but i buy shoes i like even though i have other usable pairs, just as i would buy another tshirt with a different design or whatever, even though i have 20 other tshirts.
working for nike certainly doesn't help me keep the numbers down, though. my most recent purchase (for those of you who care about shoes) was 2 pairs of SB Janoskis. They're freakin awesome.
