I won my Pay Pal case against that douche scammer Wesley, [yeah, fuck all of you who didn't believe me] so now he's crying so much he filed a charge back with his credit card. If he can still do that, what the fuck was the point of the Pay Pal case in the first place? Now it's onto battle #2.

I wish this was the judicial system where the words "double jeopardy" meant something.

Ross Sullivan - You are a liar on several counts. You did not win the Paypal case, it was closed automatically when it went to a charge back status. You are also a liar because you continue to state I bought the shoes and ran around in a rain storm. I admit that I have lots of pairs of these type of shoes. I even just bought a used once pair the same week I bought yours. They were in perfect shape. Yours were half worn out. Who do you think people are going to believe:

1. Me - who has never filed a claim before, has 100% feedback on over 100 Ebay transactions. Looking to get as many new or almost new pairs of these shoes as I can. Grown man with a real job and integrity.

2. You - Punk ass 21 yr old kid, living with your parents, trying to get money for car parts. Selling part of your shoes collection to get money because your shitty part time job only pays a little above minimum wage. Thought your shoes were in ok shape, don't look too bad on the top, especially since you cleaned them up on the top. But then an expert in the shoes calls you on mislabeling them, because they are dirty on the bottom and have worn insoles. And then instead of being fair and accepting an offer of a partial refund OR a full refund and return, you lie and say, "no, they were brand new". Like your shoe collection wasn't a working collection that you never wore. It was. So the guy gets pissed at your lie and says, fuck you, I want a full refund. And then you continue to lie from there.

Who are people going to believe Ross? Why would I pursue this with an admittedly overblown intensity if you had not tried to scam me? Why would I take all the time? That's right, I wouldn't if the shoes were new. YOU ARE A LIAR. Anybody can read the evidence and see that.
